988 Suicide Prevention & Crisis Line

If you or someone you know needs support, don't wait to speak up!

When you call, text, or chat with the 988 Lifeline, they are connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing 988 Lifeline network, made up of over 200 local crisis centers. These counselors are trained to provide free and confidential emotional support and crisis counseling to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress and connect them to resources. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, across the United States.

Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program

This program is designed to provide free or discounted care to those who have no means, or limited means, to pay for their behavioral health services (uninsured or underinsured).  Judson Center will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services.  Judson Center will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, creed, religion, disability, or national origin.  The Federal Poverty Guidelines, are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule to determine the ability to pay.

  • All Judson Center Health Clients can request an application to apply for the Judson Sliding Fee Discount Program.
  • The ability to pay shall be determined at least annually or upon request.
