Outpatient Services

Our Outpatient Services team includes caring therapists, case managers, peer support coaches and psychiatrists who work together to help you live the life you deserve! We support individuals who struggle with:

  • Stress, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Sadness, and Relationship Issues, among other Beahavioral Health Concerns

Substance Use Disorder Services

Break the cycle and start your recovery journey with Judson Center Health! Our team of specialists is here to help you live free of substance use, regardless of insurance coverage. Our Substance Use Disorder Treatment Programs include:

  • Outpatient Treatment consisting of weekly groups and peer recovery coaching
  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment consisting of 9 hours of weekly group therapy
  • Addiction Services completed in close collaboration with primary care and psychiatry providers 

Psychiatric Services

These services are provided by a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner to assist individuals that may need medication to help relieve symptoms related to mental health challenges or diagnoses. This treatment helps improve a clients overall functionality and success with treatment and includes:

  • Psychiatric Evaluations
  • Medication Reviews

In-Home Treatment

Our Intensive In-Home Treatment Program is a short-term family therapy program. Families are referred by either Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) or Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN). Services are provided to families with children (4-17) who suffer from a severe mental illness or emotional impairment which could place the child at risk for an out-of-home placement such as a psychiatric hospital or residential facility.

In addition to treating children, teens and adults, Judson Center specializes in treating children and young adults with autism, families impacted by child welfare, individuals with co-occurring diagnoses, and children with severe emotional challenges.
