Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program
This program is designed to provide free or discounted care to those who have no means, or limited means, to pay for their behavioral health services (uninsured or underinsured). Judson Center will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. Judson Center will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, creed, religion, disability, or national origin. The Federal Poverty Guidelines (found here), are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule to determine the ability to pay.
- All Judson Center Health Clients can request an application to to apply for the Judson Sliding Fee Discount Program.
- The ability to pay shall be determined at least annually or upon request.
